Romantopia
Romantopia, a landscape of forest and stars, is an accommodation facility located in Hirosaki City (Aomori). A Hotel and lodging facilities (cabins) are available. Romantopia is close to the world heritage site Shirakami Sanchi. It is surrounded by nature as far as the eye can see, and you can enjoy gazing at the boundless starry night sky. Besides an observatory, there are miniature golf, a tennis court and even a barbecue facility to enjoy.
In winter you can spend the day skiing or snowboarding at the adjacent ski resort which is reachable in walking distance.
It is a place to relax your body and soul from the tumult of the city. You can take a walk through nature and listen to the birds’ voices, create joyful memories outdoors and experience each season at close quarters.
Hot spring overlooking Mt.Iwaki in vast nature
The “open-air bath” where the seasonal breeze is pleasant and the scenery of the four seasons is beautiful, and the “large public bath” where large windows and high ceilings ensure an expansive atmosphere. Both can overlook the magnificent Tsugaru Fuji, Mt. Iwaki.

Indoor bath: Hagoromo no Yu (Water of angel’s raiment)
The indoor baths are open due to large windows and high ceilings.
Outdoor bath: Seiten no Yu (Water of the starry sky)
It boasts a view of Mt. Iwaki during the day and a starry sky at night.
A restaurant letting you relish locally grown ingredients.
Our chef prepares all meals with sincerity and cares about all ingredients. You can also enjoy your meals in your room.

Access
Close to the world-heritage Shirakami Sanchi and surround by great nature, Romantopia is located 15 minutes from Hirosaki City. It is only about 15 minutes from central Hirosaki by car, and therefore also provides easy access to Hirosaki Park, famous for its cherry blossoms, and Apple Park, where you can try your hand at harvesting apples.
A free shuttle service is available. Please contact us for a reservation. (Reservations need to be made at least 3 days in advance)
