For customers from overseas
Please read the following tips for a comfortable stay for all visitors from overseas.
- Please inform us of your check-in time when making reservations.
- We offer free transport to and from the hotel for guests who use our accommodation plan. Please make a reservation three days before. Please note that reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so the requested time may not be available.
*The service area is within Hirosaki City, including Hirosaki station.
*Please note that we may ask to share our transportation service.
*Transportation service is only for our hotel and cottage guest.
*Depending on the season, a transportation service is not available.
*Free transportation service is not available for sightseeing. - Smoking is allowed in Japanese-style rooms in the hotel and cottages. When smells bother you, we will deodorize the room.
- Cottages are located in the forest, and guests may need to walk stairs or along a steep boardwalk when staying. If you have difficulty moving around in these conditions because of large luggage or feel uncomfortable on your legs, please make a reservation at a hotel (Hakuchoza).
- Cottages are in the mountain forest; stink bugs may occur depending on the season.
- When staying in the cottages, please set up a futon (bed) for yourself.
- When checking in, please show your passport, and we will ask you to take a copy of the first page showing your name.
- Dinner time is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please choose the time for dinner when check-in.
- Dinner will be served at the restaurant “Sirius” or banquet room.
- Breakfast hall will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Breakfast will be offered at the restaurant “Sirius.”
- The public bath is open from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, except cleaning time between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
- The swimming pool is available from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
It may be closed due to cleaning. So, please get in touch with us for more information. - When you use the public baths and swimming pool, please tell the front desk that you are staying customers; you may use them for free.
- There is only one key for the room, so please keep it at the front when your group uses the public bath or pool at different times.
- Yukata (a casual version of Kimono), towels, and other items are available in your room; however, please ask for yukata for women only, hairbrushes, lotion, etc., at the reception.
